Due to the continuing demand and expansion of our curriculum portfolio we are seeking to add to our supply pool of lecturers available to teach on the above basis in the following subject areas: British Sign Language, Moving and Handling and Business & Management specialising in Accounting. Candidates should possess an appropriate qualification together with substantial experience within these particular fields. Previous teaching experience in FE would be an advantage as would possession of a relevant teaching qualification and/or A and V units or equivalent. We are now seeking to establish a supply pool of energetic and self motivated individuals who are committed to providing our students with the best possible learning experience in the following area: Work Based Assessor – Business & Management (Supply Pool) Hours variable £12.09 per hour Working with the curriculum team, you will support the delivery of vocational programmes by the effective and efficient provision of a planning, monitoring and reporting assessment strategy in support of the College’s Business & Management curriculum. You should possess one of the following: Business, Management, Accounts and/or Administration qualification to Degree/HND Level or equivalent. In addition to this you should hold or be working towards the A1 Assessor qualification. You will also have relevant post qualification experience in a Management, Business, Accounts and/or Administration role with experience of undertaking assessor work. An accounting qualification and membership of an Accounting body would be particularly desirable, as would a background in Finance/Accounts and excellent IT skills, including knowledge of e-portfolios. As the post will require you to travel outwith the College you must hold a full driving licence. We are seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic individual who will contribute to ensuring that we provide our students, staff and visitors with the best possible environment. Cleaning Supervisor (Term Time/Fixed Term) Salary: £15,657 - £16,077 per annum. 35 hours p/week Shift Rota: Between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm as arranged (Monday - Friday) You will ensure the provision of a high quality cleaning service throughout the College, maintaining high standards of internal appearance. You will supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff working across all areas of the College in addition to undertaking a range of cleaning duties. You will have significant experience of industrial/commercial cleaning experience as well as experience gained within a supervisory position. Possession of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) Supervisory Certificate or an N/SVQ certificate in Management (or equivalent) would be advantageous. This post will initially be for a period of six months with a view to permanency.
