Sexual Orientation Equality

Coatbridge College is committed to preventing discrimination on the basis of a person’s sexual orientation.

The College:
  • Provides staff with access to equality training which includes discrimination on the grounds of a person’s sexual orientation, so that everyone is aware of their obligations to treat people equally and fairly
  • Operates a policy of zero tolerance towards any form of homophobia or harassment on the basis of a person’s sexual orientation.
