Gender Equality

Coatbridge College is committed to promoting gender equality, and we actively respond to, and promote, the needs of men and women in all our activities. The achievement of gender equality is central to all our activities and we are committed to working in partnership in the positive promotion of gender equality.

Equal Pay:
The College has undertaken an Equal Pay Audit and is currently engaged in a consultation process on the results. The College intends these results to be made available via the website in accordance with the statutory deadline of 6 August 2010.
