Introduction

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 needs public authorities to adopt and maintain a publication scheme, setting out information that is published by the authority. Our publication scheme sets out:
  • The classes of information which we publish, or intend to publish;
  • The manner in which information of each class is, or is intended to be; and
  • Whether the published information is available free of charge or on payment of a fee.
