Careers Advice
Throughout your time at College you will have access to practical careers advice to help you decide where you want to be and how best to achieve your career goals.Careers Scotland has a base in the College within Student Services on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week from 10am to 4pm. They operate a drop-in facility – go directly to Student Services or make an appointment by telephoning 0845 502502. Alternatively you can visit the Careers Scotland North Lanarkshire Centre at 61 Stirling Street, Airdrie. This Centre also operates a drop-in facility and is open to the public Monday and Thursday 10am - 4pm.
Careers Scotland offer a wide range of career planning services including practical advice and information to support you in making the right career choices. They provide information on a variety of careers across a wide range of industry sectors. They can also support you in developing your job search skills, applying for jobs and provide advice on using the internet to research job opportunities.
