Age Equality
Coatbridge College is committed to preventing discrimination on the basis of a person’s age in terms of employment and vocational training.The College:
- Provides staff with access to equality training which includes information on discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age, so that everyone is aware of their obligations to treat people equally and fairly
- Monitors data in respect of the age of our student population and workforce. The data is reviewed by the College’s Access and Inclusion Group, and analysis of this data informs the College’s Equality Schemes
